Girl Scout Troop Visits PCFD13, April 17, 2019

Girl Scout Troop 41424 came to Pierce County Fire District 13 to learn about women in firefighting and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Firefighters Sehar Bokhari and Lincoln Smith joined Assistant Chief Wassall to share their experiences in the fire service. The scouts asked great questions of the volunteer firefighters and toured the fire engine, ambulance and got in some target practice using a fire engine hose.
