If you have questions about ambulance billing, please see the links below; we do not have access to any billing procedures or status. Pierce County Fire District #13 provides fee-based transport when necessary. If you were transported by private ambulance, please contact them directly.

Our base fee for 2026 is $1,200 for nonresidents and $900 for residents. Residents enjoy a lower rate since they are already supporting the Fire District with property taxes. All patients are also charged a mileage fee of $25 per mile.
